Breastfeeding Luciana three to four times a day, along with drinking two liters of water daily has helped Carnie drop 25 pounds so far, but her goal is to lose an additional 35 pounds. “Now I think I’m reaching a point where it’s slowed down and the hard work is going to come in,” she says. “My goal is to be somewhere between 150 and 160 pounds.”
